Role Purpose
The Human Capital Graduate role is a 12-month internship designed to provide practical experience across various HR functions. Interns will gain hands-on exposure, participate in projects, and develop competencies aligned with the Industrial Psychology and HR fields.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field (advantageous)
- Registered Psychometrist/Industrial Psychologist (advantageous)
Experience
- 0–1 year experience in an HR role
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operational and administrative tasks
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Contribute to HR training programs, reporting, and data capturing
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives
- Participate in research and project work during the internship
