Position Overview
Clicks Group seeks a Health Care Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, offering advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplementation. The role aims to maximize sales while building customer loyalty through product knowledge and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactivity.
- Consult with customers and provide advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products.
- Drive healthcare sales through cross-selling and upselling of a broad range of brands.
- Ensure stock availability and compliance with stock management principles.
- Minimize wastage by adhering to stock rotation principles.
- Prevent stock losses by following risk management policies.
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within the store.
- Implement product merchandising according to guidelines and procedures.
- Adhere to store standard operating procedures.
- Maintain own product knowledge and share it with relief staff to ensure continuity of service.

- Basic health, fitness, and supplements product knowledge (Desirable)
- Retail store operations: stock management, merchandising, risk management (Essential)
