About the Role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join its Mozambique operations. CCBA is the eighth-largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler globally and the largest in Africa, operating across 14 countries and serving over 800,000 customers.
This role is critical in ensuring effective procurement execution, compliance, cost optimisation, and strong stakeholder and supplier relationships at a country level.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation and compliance of CCBA procurement contracts at country level.
- Maintain accurate master data management and system housekeeping.
- Execute country-specific sourcing events and achieve agreed savings targets.
- Build and manage strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to drive performance and cost optimisation.
- Implement the annual procurement action plan and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure completion of procurement system training programs for relevant employees.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications
- Minimum: National Diploma in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, or equivalent
- Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; CIPS certification
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
- At least 3 years’ experience in tactical and operational purchasing
- FMCG industry experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and master data management
