The programme targets young Namibians committed to pursuing careers in areas aligned with climate action, renewable energy, agriculture, environmental management, and related disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Programme Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The EIF External Bursary Programme aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build national expertise in sustainability and environmental fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen Namibia\u2019s capacity to address climate and socio-economic challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support youth development, especially from marginalised communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fund relevant undergraduate and postgraduate education at accredited institutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Eligible Applicants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Namibian citizenship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age between 18 and 35<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 Certificate or provisional results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic progress report if already enrolled in a tertiary institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of application or provisional acceptance at an <strong>NQA-accredited<\/strong> institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of all certified documents as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Applicants from marginalised communities and persons with disabilities will receive preference.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Fields of Study<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Undergraduate Bursaries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funding is available for qualifications in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agriculture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewable Energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climate Financing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Low-Carbon Technologies and related programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Postgraduate Bursaries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Support is offered for postgraduate studies in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master of Science in Agriculture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in Renewable Energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in Agricultural Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in Sustainable Energy Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in Green Climate Financing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in Natural Science Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in GIS (Geographical Information Systems)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master in Environmental Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Applications outside these approved fields will not be evaluated.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Documents Required<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications must include the following certified documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Namibian Identity Document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 Certificate or provisional results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic progress report (for current tertiary students)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of application or provisional acceptance at an accredited institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of permanent residential address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed EIF bursary application form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Any missing or uncertified documents will result in automatic disqualification.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
