This includes acquiring new clients, cross-selling within the existing portfolio, and delivering comprehensive coverage in line with the segment\u2019s Client Value Proposition (CVP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Drive Financial Targets<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on portfolio growth through new client acquisition and increased share of wallet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage clients with varying levels of complexity based on business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Relationship and Service Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular client visits in line with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for product enhancement and provide input to product teams to improve client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Manage Risk Assessment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure full compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of portfolio risk, including understanding clients\u2019 regulatory and compliance environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold high standards of risk management, credit quality, and control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
