Service:<\/strong> Deliver service aligned with the segment\u2019s Commercial Value Proposition (CVP).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Drive Financial Targets<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage accounts differentiated by complexity and potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relationship &amp; Service Management<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular client visits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide feedback to improve ABB products to better meet client needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risk Management<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand both the bank&#8217;s and clients\u2019 regulatory environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration &amp;
