Supervision &amp; Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage day-to-day operations of centralized account opening and back-office activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure alignment between back and front office regarding account opening and maintenance activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor team performance and ensure quality control on data entry and KYC refresh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenge and verify QA findings with team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct sampling checks of data and KYC refresh against set standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, governance, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Target &amp; Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly achievement vs target ratios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive results through execution of SOPs and initiatives to maintain high team performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report accurately to management and stakeholders on all operational metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Risk Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify risks associated with account opening processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely reporting and mitigation of risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a controlled, compliant working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
