Strategy &amp; Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set strategic direction for the product portfolio with Head of Business Enablement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align product offerings with customer segmentation and value propositions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform country Distribution, Marketing, and Propositions teams of strategy, positioning, and implementation plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Product Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify income drivers and levers to achieve performance targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor product line performance, competitor activity, and market trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement changes in pricing, features, or new product development with proper governance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce reporting on KPIs, income, margin, and product performance with recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. New Product Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generate and manage new product or amendment ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct research, write business cases, perform financial modeling, and risk assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate planning workshops and manage product launch from pilot to full rollout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handover products to BAU (Business As Usual) and perform post-project reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Team Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build, coach, and lead a high-performing product management team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivate, develop, and recognize staff while fostering empowerment and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct performance reviews, manage training needs, and create a culture of ownership and initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
