This leadership role focuses on managing both the Front Shop and Dispensary, driving operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and financial performance. The Branch Manager will report to the Head of Unicare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive financial performance by achieving sales, turnover, and profitability targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage daily branch operations efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a customer-first culture to build loyalty and enhance brand perception.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, suppliers, regulators, landlords, and local authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely and accurate information for decision-making and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage financial, human, and other resources to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Essential: B.
