This role focuses on retail and service excellence, team leadership, profitability, and operational efficiency, ensuring a competitive advantage for the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and manage the front shop to achieve sales, profitability, and compliance targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver operational efficiency and exceptional customer service in line with company strategy and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales and profitability targets through merchandising, pricing, and promotional plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage stock availability and minimize shrinkage via accurate stock control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience and financial performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the front shop budget and allocate resources efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain housekeeping standards in line with health, safety, and merchandising regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor service trends and customer feedback to implement improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a high-performing, engaged team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate information for decision-making and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Essential: 3-year Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Management, or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desirable: Certificate\/Diploma in Customer Service or Sales &amp;
