provides comprehensive support across <strong>all core HR functions<\/strong>, focusing on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Labour relations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talent acquisition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment equity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will strengthen operational HR delivery, ensuring compliance with legislation, MEIBC requirements, and internal policies while supporting managers with accurate and timely HR services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Employee Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide first-line support on disciplinary matters, grievances, absenteeism, and performance issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with investigations, evidence gathering, documentation, and case file preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support hearings and implement outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain labour relations register and assist with trend analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Talent Acquisition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment, including adverts, screening, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and offer letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure EE alignment and compliance in recruitment decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain talent pipelines and support onboarding processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skills Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate internal\/external training programs and maintain training registers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support WSP\/ATR submissions and merSETA audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track development plans and support learning interventions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Employment Equity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate EE Committee meetings, prepare reports (EEA2, EEA4), and maintain dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure EE principles are applied in recruitment, promotions, and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payroll Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare accurate monthly payroll input, verify reports, and align payroll with MEIBC conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HR Administration &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain HR records in compliance with POPIA and audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare standard HR reports and support policy implementation and HR projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> National Diploma or Degree in HR Management or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 3\u20135 years HR Generalist experience, including labour relations, talent acquisition, skills development, employment equity, payroll, and compliance within MEIBC-regulated environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident communication and stakeholder engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage confidential info<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving and sound
