The role focuses on client acquisition, cross-selling, and effective portfolio coverage in line with the segment\u2019s Customer Value Proposition (CVP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Business clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive origination efforts to acquire new clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-sell relevant banking solutions to existing clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relationship &amp; Service Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular client visits aligned with the Commercial Growth CVP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide input into product development to better meet client needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk Management &amp; Compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to Absa policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of portfolio risk management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure sound understanding of both client and bank compliance environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote effective teamwork and an empowering work culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share knowledge, experience, and best practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenge the status quo to improve ways of working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Professional Qualification in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business Studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commerce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management Studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment Equity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Absa Bank Limited is an <strong>equal opportunity and affirmative action employer<\/strong>.
