This role oversees programme development, operational efficiency, fundraising initiatives, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective delivery of the Foundation\u2019s mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme Development &amp; Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the development and execution of the Foundation\u2019s strategic plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, implement, and scale programmes across the four strategic pillars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operations &amp; Governance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure effective day-to-day operations of the Foundation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance with governance, regulatory, and internal Absa policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fundraising &amp; Partnerships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and execute fundraising strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build partnerships and manage donor relationships to support programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monitoring &amp; Evaluation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish impact measurement frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track programme performance and report outcomes effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stakeholder Engagement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance collaboration, visibility, and impact of Foundation initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Budgeting &amp; Financial Oversight<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and manage operational and programme budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure financial accountability, cost-effectiveness, and transparency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk &amp; Control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Absa\u2019s Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, assess, and manage risks relevant to the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <strong>Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration<\/strong>, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postgraduate qualification in <strong>Development Studies, Sustainability, Public Policy, or Business Administration<\/strong> (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>7\u201310 years<\/strong> experience in programme management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in <strong>foundation, NGO, CSR, or development environments<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven fundraising and donor engagement experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong background in monitoring and evaluation frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills &amp; Competencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leadership experience in non-profit or sustainability-focused organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, planning, and reporting abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven budgeting and fundraising capability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment Equity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Absa Bank Kenya is an <strong>equal opportunity and affirmative action employer<\/strong>.
