The programme provides hands-on exposure, mentorship, and industry-specific training to enhance employability and bridge the gap between academic learning and the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Preference will be given to applicants residing within the <strong>King Cetshwayo District<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Task Execution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with departmental projects and work-stream activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine operational tasks under supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support administrative duties, including documentation and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning &amp; Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shadow experienced professionals for practical exposure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in problem-solving and skills development activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication &amp;
