The role is responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase order management, and ensuring on-time delivery to support operational and production needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This position is <strong>based in Kempton Park (Spartan offices)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose of the Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To procure goods and services efficiently by creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, tracking deliveries, and ensuring data integrity within the ERP system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>End-to-end procurement responsibility from purchase order placement to delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, release, and track Purchase Orders through supplier acknowledgement to delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery or supply discrepancies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and manage supplier relationships within assigned portfolio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure on-time delivery and lead-time accuracy targets are met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with internal stakeholders including Workshops, Warehouse, Inventory, Freight, Sales, Engineering, Aftermarket, and SHEQ teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture and manage Purchase Orders in <strong>Syspro ERP system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue job-related purchase orders based on engineering drawings and production schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue stock buy-out purchase orders aligned with warehouse and sales requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly expediting of orders to avoid late deliveries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture import and export orders and provide delivery status updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support export shipment estimates and purchasing activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve supply issues timeously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocate stock items to production jobs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with stock reorder levels and purchasing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide cost estimates for sales and production budget analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive improvements in item availability and supplier lead times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend operational meetings and report on procurement activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support contract compliance, cost proposals, and procurement administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional tasks to support Procurement team objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Qualifications &amp;
