Learners will support customer servicing, order-taking processes, and the execution of merchandising standards to drive volume growth across assigned outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role reports to the <strong>Account Developer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Purpose of the Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To develop learners with the skills required to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service customers effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support sales execution and merchandising standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grow product visibility and availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute in-store activities across a designated geographical area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Stakeholder Interaction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The role interacts with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales Team Members:<\/strong> Collaboration on daily tasks and knowledge sharing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales Account Developer:<\/strong> Coaching, guidance, performance feedback, and safety compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consumers:<\/strong> Understanding buying behaviour to support sales strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Store Execution &amp; Merchandising Excellence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement visual merchandising standards and stock rotation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure product availability, visibility, and quality in line with brand guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete execution scorecards and the iRED survey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support customers with order placement via the <strong>MyCCBA<\/strong> platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with promotional activities to increase brand visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide relief support when required by the line manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 with <strong>Mathematics or Maths Literacy<\/strong> (minimum 40% pass rate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 with <strong>English and a second language<\/strong> (minimum 40% pass rate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>South African Citizen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aged between <strong>18 and 35 years<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment Equity candidate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be unemployed at the time of appointment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be available to work <strong>six (6) days per week<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No criminal or adverse credit record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not have previously completed the same learnership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driver\u2019s Licence (advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-matric qualification in <strong>Sales &amp;
