The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient execution of logistics processes to support the company strategy, while maintaining service excellence to internal departments and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on safety, quality, and cost-effective warehouse management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and manage the <strong>operational warehouse team<\/strong> in all inbound and outbound processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee <strong>stock management and inventory accuracy<\/strong> to maintain optimal warehouse performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive <strong>housekeeping standards<\/strong> and ensure correct product placement in line with warehouse layout guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure safe operation of company assets, including <strong>forklifts and pallet jacks<\/strong>, with proper pre-trip inspections and damage reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain <strong>high product quality<\/strong> through effective rework processes, adherence to stock rotation, and First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor <strong>stock age and rotation<\/strong>, ensuring effective warehouse management practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure <strong>system transactions<\/strong> are accurate and timely, including end-of-shift reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align <strong>resources to activity requirements<\/strong> based on time of day and day of the week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide <strong>continuous on-the-job training, coaching, and support<\/strong> to team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct <strong>effective team meetings<\/strong> and actively resolve operational issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive <strong>financial management<\/strong> of warehouse operations, including cost control, resource planning, and reduction of overtime and seasonal workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grade 12<\/strong> qualification required; <strong>BTech or Supply Chain Diploma<\/strong> preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of <strong>3 years\u2019 warehousing or logistics experience<\/strong> in an FMCG environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of <strong>warehouse processes<\/strong>, including inter-relationships between functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>Settlement, Proof of Delivery, and Stock Management processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft 365 (MSD 365)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>coaching and decision-making abilities<\/strong>, with the capability to manage a team effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to make <strong>immediate operational decisions<\/strong> based on information, process knowledge, and desired outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proficient in written and spoken English<\/strong>; knowledge of an indigenous language is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Code BE driver\u2019s license<\/strong> required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All applications must be submitted through the <strong>official CCBSA e-recruitment platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ccba.erecruit.co\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/CCB260113-3\">Apply Here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company: Coca-Cola Namibia Bottling CompanyJob Title: Warehouse Team LeaderJob Category: LogisticsJob Type: PermanentLocation: Windhoek, NamibiaClosing Date: 27 January 2026Reference Number: CCB260113-3 Job Description Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
