Shift Management<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allocate duties to ENs, ENAs, and HCWs at the start of each shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate and effective handovers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in performance appraisals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and enforce compliance with policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meetings &amp;
