Plating)<\/strong> is responsible for coordinating and delivering <strong>safety and compliance-related training programmes<\/strong> in line with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role supports the <strong>Learning Delivery function<\/strong> by ensuring high-quality, accessible, and compliant learning solutions that promote a strong <strong>culture of safety, competence, and continuous improvement<\/strong> across operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning &amp; Training Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate and deliver safety training aligned with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support safety awareness campaigns to promote a culture of safety excellence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Section Manager Learning Delivery, safety officers, and operational teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate training sessions and workshops with subject matter experts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and digital learning resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administration &amp; Coordination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venues, and participant registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit readiness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for employee training queries and support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide administrative support for training needs analysis, competency assessments, and performance appraisals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Talent &amp; Development Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with mentoring, cross-training, and leadership development initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with P&amp;O and operational leaders to identify and prioritise learning needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within learning programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance &amp;
