Insurance Manager is responsible for managing vehicle finance and insurance services at the dealership.<br>The role\u2019s primary objectives are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maximize finance and insurance profit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support customers with financial solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure full compliance with Financial Services Board (FSB) regulations and related legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least three years\u2019 experience in a similar finance or customer-focused role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the Automotive Retail or Banking industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant Diploma (Credit Management Diploma advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulatory Exam (RE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NC Accreditation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification (minimum 120 credits)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accredited by an FSP (Section 13 mandate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up-to-date Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NCA, CRA, FAIS, FICA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle legislation and trade practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealership policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service and sales management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of retail compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet dealership sales and budget targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximize second gross profit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct financial needs analysis and sell approved finance and insurance products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with governance and legislative requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the finance and insurance debtor\u2019s book<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial and insurance advice to customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support overall dealership growth and profitability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and enhance professional competence through ongoing learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested candidates should<a href=\"https:\/\/motus.simplify.hr\/Vacancy\/Apply\/vszzhv\"> <strong>Apply Here<\/strong> <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apply before the closing date of 19 February 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company: Motus CorporationDivision: Finance and Insurance Management SolutionsLocation: Johannesburg, GautengIndustry: AutomotiveEmployment Type: PermanentClosing Date: 19 February 2026 Purpose of the Role The Finance &amp;
