Supply Management<br><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Permanent<br><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong> Market Related<br><strong>Closing Date:<\/strong> 12 March 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose of the Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To provide administrative and operational support to the Purchasing Manager and Category Manager, including reporting, basic replenishment buying, and maintaining accurate day-to-day system data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Category &amp; System Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>List and maintain products on AS400 (correct vendor packs, pricing, quantities)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure system data integrity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor out-of-stocks and discontinued items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture additional demand products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stock &amp; Supplier Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow up on supplier orders and delivery bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify supplier invoices against system pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return slow-moving or non-selling stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor stock levels and stock age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sell overstocked items and ad hoc SKUs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reporting &amp; Collections Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal collection and handover of overdue accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage credit approvals and credit reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage credit limits and outstanding claims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compliance &amp; Risk Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with Credit Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply relevant legislation (National Credit Act, FIC Act, Companies Act, Insolvency Law)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct weekly audit checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reporting &amp;
