for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitting (Including Machining)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N2 or NCV Level 4 in Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subjects should include Mathematics, Engineering Science, Fitter Trade Theory, and Engineering Drawing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boilermaking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N2 or NCV Level 4 in Boilermaking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subjects should include Mathematics, Engineering Science, Structural Steel Drawing, and Plater Trade Theory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Electrical (Heavy Current)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N3 or NCV Level 4 in Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subjects should include Mathematics, Engineering Science, Electrotechnology, and Industrial Electronics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants must also be <strong>medically fit<\/strong> to work in a mining and refinery environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the Programme Offers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structured technical and workplace training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in a mining and refinery environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to industrial equipment and plant operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation for a recognised artisan <strong>Trade Test Certificate<\/strong> accredited by the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shortlisted applicants may be required to complete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychometric assessments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical fitness evaluations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meeting all
