Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers and convert showroom visits into sales
- Demonstrate products and explain promotions
- Deliver professional customer service and support
Administration & Orders
- Process customer orders, payments, refunds, and credits
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Product & Stock Handling
- Assist with stock movement and replenishment
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising standards
Team Support & Compliance
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
- Support promotions and showroom campaigns

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
- Customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Homeware retail experience is advantageous
