Position Overview

Successful candidates will provide frontline client services within the Inspection and Enforcement Services (IES) environment.

The role involves assisting clients with labour-related enquiries, resolving complaints, providing administrative support, and promoting awareness of labour legislation and departmental services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at Labour Centre help desks
  • Assist clients with labour-related enquiries
  • Resolve complaints within the IES Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide information on labour legislation and departmental services
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Maintain client records and documentation
  • Participate in labour advocacy and awareness programmes
  • Support service delivery initiatives within the Labour Centre

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:
