Role Purpose
- Optimize the profit and economic value of a portfolio of Premium Business key account clients.
- Focus areas:
- Origination: Acquire new clients.
- Cross-Sell: Expand services to existing clients.
- Coverage & Service: Deliver service aligned with the segment’s Commercial Value Proposition (CVP).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Financial Targets
- Maintain ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients.
- Manage accounts differentiated by complexity and potential.
- Relationship & Service Management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits.
- Provide feedback to improve ABB products to better meet client needs.
- Risk Management
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Understand both the bank’s and clients’ regulatory environments.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Share knowledge, experience, and best practices.
- Contribute to improving processes and empowering the team.
Education & Qualifications
- National Diplomas or Advanced Certificates in:
- Business
- Commerce
- Management Studies
