Role Purpose

  • Maximise the profit and economic value of Growth Business key account clients with medium to high complexity commercial banking needs.
  • Focus areas:
    1. Origination: Acquire new clients.
    2. Cross-Sell: Expand services to existing clients.
    3. Coverage & Service: Deliver service aligned with the segment’s Commercial Value Proposition (CVP).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Financial Targets
    • Maintain ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients.
    • Manage accounts based on client complexity and potential.
  2. Relationship & Service Management
    • Develop strong client relationships.
    • Conduct regular client visits.
    • Provide feedback to improve ABB products and services.
  3. Risk Management
    • Comply with all bank policies and procedures.
    • Understand the regulatory and compliance environment affecting both the bank and clients.
  4. Collaboration & Teamwork
    • Share knowledge, experience, and best practices.
    • Improve processes and support a positive team environment.

Education & Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree and professional qualifications in:
    • Business
    • Commerce
    • Management Studies
