About the Role
Sandvik’s Intelligent Manufacturing segment is seeking a forward-thinking HR Business & Learning Partner to drive people strategy, learning, and capability development across global operations with a focus on Sweden. You will act as a strategic advisor to leaders, lead HR processes, and foster a culture of learning and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end HR processes: talent management, performance management, succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish labor laws (LAS, AML, MBL).
- Lead union consultations, negotiations, and employee relations aligned with collective bargaining agreements.
- Coach leaders on people management best practices, cultural nuances, and team performance.
- Design and deliver capability-building programs for leaders and employees.
- Collaborate with business HR leaders to curate learning pathways supporting career development and upskilling.
- Participate in Sandvik forums to refine HR best practices and learning initiatives.
- Report to the Vice President and Head of HR Intelligent Manufacturing and be an integral member of the HR management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in HR or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law.
- Experience with modern HCM systems and digital learning tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish (verbal and written).
- Strong integrity, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a global organization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
