Job Advert Summary
Clover invites enthusiastic and motivated individuals to apply for the Call Centre Learnership Programme. Successful candidates will complete the duration of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while also attending structured classroom training.
Upon completion, learners will have achieved a recognised NQF qualification and gained valuable experience in a world-class call centre environment, equipping them with essential customer service and communication skills.
Applicants residing in the West Rand and surrounding areas will have an advantage.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- Matric completed within the last 5 years (2021–2025)
- Minimum average of 55% in English and Maths / Maths Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have previously participated in a learnership

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and timeously
- Inform customers of accounts on hold and order-related issues
- Communicate order challenges to relevant internal stakeholders
- Promote and sell Clover and Principal products according to customer ranges
- Offer additional or new products, including features and promotions
- Promote teamwork and cooperation within the team
- Participate actively in team meetings
- Support team goals and shared responsibilities
- Take responsibility for visual management and information accuracy
