Role Purpose
To manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver excellent client service and achieve Metropolitan Channel sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 5)
- RE5
- FAIS Representative legislative qualification
- Class of Business 3 and 7 (advantageous)
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in financial advice
- Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long-Term Insurance and Pension Benefits
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Computer literacy
