Role Purpose
The VAS Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Value-Added Services projects across Boxer stores. This role ensures successful execution of new store launches, refurbishments, IT initiatives, and innovative service solutions that enhance customer experience and align with Boxer’s business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Financial Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ project management experience (retail or service environment preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project tools (e.g. Cube)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Customer-focused mindset aligned with Boxer’s brand values
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute VAS projects for new store openings and refurbishments
- Coordinate IT and development initiatives for new technologies and services
- Identify and evaluate new business and service opportunities
- Ensure site readiness by collaborating with development and store teams
- Manage supplier relationships and service agreements
- Develop user manuals, training guides, and support documentation
- Track project progress and provide clear updates to stakeholders
