Role Purpose
The VAS Operations Specialist plays a key role in driving the successful implementation and growth of Value-Added Services across Boxer stores. This role focuses on empowering store teams, improving customer experience, and identifying new opportunities that enhance retail service offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Store Operations
- 2–3 years’ experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office, POS systems)
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively
- Understanding of Boxer brand standards, policies, and relevant regulations (e.g. BBBEE, SASSA)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and ongoing support to store teams on VAS products and services
- Advise stores on strategies to increase product awareness and customer uptake
- Manage the rollout and implementation of new Value-Added Services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and process improvements
- Support new store openings and refurbishment projects
