Role Purpose

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team to achieve key business targets. This includes driving sales performance, managing store operations, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation.

• Drive sales through customer service and promotions
• Manage stock, reduce losses, and ensure proper cash handling
• Oversee daily store operations and administration
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1–2 years retail experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft / Google tools advantageous)
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
