About the Role
PEP is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead the team at PEP Cell Eloff Street. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering world-class retail service. You will be responsible for driving sales, minimising stock loss, managing costs, and maintaining excellent store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain world-class store standards.
- Manage stock levels, implement promotions, and uphold store image.
- Reduce stock loss through strong controls and security procedures.
- Control store expenses in line with PEP’s low-cost culture.
- Complete all admin tasks accurately and on time.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the team.
- Maintain high safety, health, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- English proficiency.
- Retail/business qualification (advantage).
- 1–2 years retail leadership experience (ideal).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft / Google Workspace is an advantage).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work retail hours.
