About the Role
PEP is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the team at PEP Clothing Philippi. As a PEP Dynamo, you’ll drive sales, manage costs, reduce stock loss, and ensure the store delivers a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Boost sales through excellent customer service and high store standards.
- Maintain store image, manage stock, and implement promotions.
- Reduce stock loss through strong security, cash handling, and stock procedures.
- Control store expenses in line with PEP’s low-cost culture.
- Complete all store admin accurately and on time.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate store staff.
- Maintain top-tier housekeeping, health, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Proficient in English.
- Business/retail qualification (advantage).
- 1–2 years retail leadership experience (ideal).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft / Google Workspace is a plus).
