About the Role
PEP is opening a brand-new store at Waterfall Ridge and is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead the launch. As a PEP Dynamo, you’ll drive sales, control costs, reduce stock loss, and create an exceptional customer experience while leading and developing your store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through great customer service and top-tier store standards.
- Manage stock levels, ensure accurate merchandising, and implement promotions.
- Minimise stock loss with strong security, cash handling, and stock processes.
- Control store expenses in line with PEP’s low-cost philosophy.
- Complete all store administration accurately and timeously.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate your team of Dynamos.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping, health, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Proficient in English.
- A business/retail-related qualification is an advantage.
- Ideally 1–2 years’ retail leadership experience.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft / Google Workspace is an advantage).
