Job Summary

The Apprentice role is part of a structured learnership programme aimed at maximising individual and organisational development. Participants execute predefined objectives to gain practical experience, develop skills, and prepare for future opportunities within the bank.

  • Gain exposure to various business functions to build a strong foundation for a career in banking.

Requirements & Role Specification

  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree within the last 2 years (attach graduation certificate).
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.6 (Second Class Upper Division) (attach graduation transcript).
  • At least 2 Principal Passes at ‘A’ Level (attach ‘A’ Level certificate/pass slip).
  • Minimum of a Credit in Mathematics and English at ‘O’ Level (attach ‘O’ Level certificate/pass slip).
  • Willingness to learn and actively participate in a learnership programme.

Education
