Job Summary

The Relationship Executive for Growth Business Pipeline is responsible for optimising the profit and economic value of portfolios of key Growth Business clients with medium to high complexity commercial banking requirements. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, cross-selling to existing clients, and servicing clients according to the segment Commercial Value Proposition (CVP).


Key Focus Areas

Financial Targets & Portfolio Management

  • Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients differentiated by complexity.
  • Drive origination efforts to acquire new clients.
  • Maximise revenue and economic value through cross-selling existing clients.

Relationship & Service Management

  • Actively develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client visits following the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition.
  • Provide input into product development to enhance client service.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Take ownership of portfolio risk management and understand client regulatory environments.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Seek opportunities to improve ways of working and challenge the status quo.
  • Support an empowering team climate by sharing knowledge, best practices, and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing commercial banking clients and portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to drive financial targets and client satisfaction.
