Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must hold a:

• National Diploma or B Degree in the relevant field:
  • Human Resource Management (or related)
  • Mining Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management (or related field)

Eligibility & Preference

• Must be younger than 35 years
• Preference given to applicants from Emakhazeni Municipality or those who locate near the exxaro area
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
• Candidates living with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Selection Requirements

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Selection process and interviews
• Psychometric assessment (conducted by Exxaro)
• Medical Certificate of Fitness (conducted by Exxaro)
