Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Research, Criminology, Social Sciences, Policing, or related qualification
- 5 years’ experience in research and policy development
- 3 years at Assistant Director level
- Knowledge of policy analysis, monitoring & evaluation, and stakeholder engagement
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct policy and research analysis
- Develop and review policy frameworks
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations and workshops
