Requirements & Expectations

Key Duties

• Water Distribution: Opening and closing sluices according to regulations and handling distribution sheets.
• Maintenance: Performing minor repairs on structures, fencing, and sluices; clearing blocked pipes and canals.
• Inspections: Conducting daily section inspections to report cracks, holes, or irregularities on embankments.
• Cleaning: Removing algae and water grass; keeping gauge plates, grids, and surroundings clean.
• Security: Ensuring equipment is safe and storerooms remain locked.
