Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete the NQF Level 4 Business Administration Learnership programme.
  • Participate in structured theoretical training and on-the-job work experience.
  • Apply administrative and HR principles in a workplace environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the programme.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Have passed Mathematics or Maths Literacy and English (minimum 40%).
  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be an Employment Equity candidate (People with Disabilities).
  • Be unemployed at the time of appointment.
  • Be aged 18–35 years.
  • Provide a valid medical letter from a doctor confirming the nature of the disability.
  • Commit to the full 12-month learnership programme.
  • Not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies.
  • Not have previously completed the NQF Level 4 Business Administration Learnership.
  • Have no criminal record.
  • Be based in or willing to travel to Elgin, Port Elizabeth (Lakeside), or Phoenix.

Additional Information
